We loved the spacious and well-appointed rooms which had comfortable bedding, a mini-kitchen, and good Wi-Fi. The staff was friendly and courteous, and the 24-hour room service was prompt. Additionally, the location was convenient to popular tourism spots in the city.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room we stayed in was absolutely huge and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel is located in a nice area, away from the busy tourist spots, but still close to the beach. The staff here are outstanding! They were all very friendly and professional, especially the restaurant manager who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great dining experience. The hotel's facilities, including the swimming pool and restaurant, were top-notch. We also appreciated the fact that the restaurant was open until late, which was perfect for satisfying those late-night cravings. we had a wonderful time here and would highly recommend this place to our family and friends.

The hotel room had a beautiful design and the hotel staff was polite and friendly. The location was great as it was close to key attractions and restaurants. Additionally, the wifi worked well during our stay.
During our stay, there was a lot of maintenance work going on which disrupted the ambience of the hotel. The pool was also closed due to the maintenance work. However, despite these downsides, our overall experience was positive and we would consider staying here again in the future.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel, which was located close to the airport and within easy reach of some beautiful beaches. Our room was cozy and romantic, with a private pool that added to the overall atmosphere. The staff were friendly and always willing to help, and the breakfasts were very enjoyable. We especially loved the location, which was away from the hustle and bustle of busy areas but still within reach of the stunning Jimbaran Beach.
There were some issues with cleanliness, and the furniture had noticeable stains and holes in the walls.

The hotel had bad customer service, and the staff was rude and unhelpful. The room was not clean upon arrival, and the bathroom had a strange smell.
